Acceptance

By accessing virtualizednetworking.digital or enrolling in lessons with Virtualized Networking, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book sessions.

Educational purpose

All workshops, mentoring, clinics, and written materials are for educational purposes only. Nothing on this site or in our rooms constitutes personal financial product advice, investment recommendations, or an invitation to deal in securities under Australian law. Trading involves risk of loss.

Bookings

Lesson places are confirmed by email after your enquiry. Fees, deposits, and schedules stated in confirmation messages form part of the agreement for that booking. Website fee pages are informational.

Intellectual property

Course worksheets, scorecards, slide excerpts, and site content remain the property of Virtualized Networking. You may keep personal copies of materials issued to you for your own study. You may not reproduce, sell, or publicly redistribute them without written permission.

Conduct

Participants must treat instructors and peers respectfully. We may refuse or end a session if behaviour disrupts the room or endangers others. Fees for completed portions of a session may still apply as described in our refund policy.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Virtualized Networking is not liable for trading losses, missed market opportunities, or decisions you make after training. Our liability for services we supply is limited to re-supply of the training or payment of the cost of re-supply, where that limitation is allowed.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep schedules and descriptions current but may update pages without notice. If online information conflicts with your confirmation email, the email prevails for that booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
